What to do when nothing is going right for you?

There are a lot of times in life when we feel that nothing is going right for us and that we won’t be able to achieve anything. Lots of self doubts start creeping in into our minds and our mind gets filled with negative thoughts as a result, all of which cloud our judgment and inhibit our progress.

If you are going through such a phase or feel that things can’t be worse, then you need to take stock of your present situation rather than going on feeling bad for a prolonged period of time, which can eventually lead to pessimism and depression.

How bad is your situation

You must remember that just as luck doesn’t favour us at times, there will be times when everything goes right for you and everything falls in place automatically. Till that time comes you must not lose hope and keep on working on yourself and take your life in the right direction. In order to do that you have to first analyze your current situation and see from a neutral eye how bad things really are. You will most likely realize that things aren’t as bad as they seem to you. So just take control of yourself and don’t let the current situation affect you too much.

Get the negative thoughts out

Instead of fretting about things, first and foremost get the negative thoughts out from your mind right away. Just tell yourself that no matter what happens I will not feel let down and I will not let negative situations get the better of me. You will need to keep feeding this into your mind every once in a while so that it gets stored in your subconscious time.

Once that happens, you can rest assured that no negative situation will be able to weigh you down. And if you keep doing the good work and have some patience, things will certainly get better very soon.
