Do you often feel as if no ones likes you? If yes is your answer then you are not alone. There are times in life when such circumstances arise that make us feel as if we are being ignored by everyone, including our near and dear ones, friends as well as family members.
But what we often forget is that our judgment and thinking is often clouded by our emotions so we are not able to gauge our feelings properly. For example if things didn’t go in our favour today then we often start feeling bad about everything else in our life. This generally happens because our disappointment with one outcome gets carried over to everything else and the day gets ruined in the end.
And as these bad feelings start growing, if we don’t get rid of them soon enough then they start arousing depressing thoughts and depressing feelings. So it is quite likely that although it seems to you that no one cares for you and no one loves you, but in fact it might not be the case.
We also start feeling like this if we think people are ignored us or the people we like don’t give enough importance to us. For example if you call a close friend and want to tell him something or want to just talk to him/her to fee light and instead of listening to you he/she says that they are busy right now and cannot talk to you, then you might feel ignored and when you think about it for too long, negative feelings start arising like no one likes me and so on.
