How to Get a Guy to Talk to You

So you like a guy and would like to get him to talk to you but he doesn’t seem to be obliging. Or may be you don’t know him yet and that’s the reason you are a bit hesitant in taking the initiative and starting a conversation with him.

Since you are a girl, starting a conversation with a guy won’t be difficult. All you have to do is to give him the slightest of clue and he’ll definitely come talk to you soon. Guys love it when they come to know that a girl is showing even a tiny bit of interest in them, so you won’t need to do much. Ask him for some help and play the innocent types. Or you could even ask for some opinion or advice on something. This will act as the catalyst from where the conversation can be easily initiated.

If the guy is probably shy and not willing to initiate the conversation himself, you should risk it yourself and talk to him. Guys get impressed when they see a girl initiating a conversation with them and try to extend the conversation by themselves. But make sure you don’t say something raunchy or cheesy. Just a casual hi, followed by some open-ended questions like what are you hobbies, what are your favorite subjects and so on (questions which he’d have to answer in detail).

Try to regularly strike conversations with him for a couple of weeks, say every 2-3 days, and it won’t be long before you’ll have become close to each other than ever before. It is at this point when you should ask for his number, try some flirting probably and tease or joke with him. Basically you’ll need to arouse his interest and even give him a few clues to let him know you are interested in him. It is more than likely that will have grown fond of you by that time and it will become quite easy for you to get into a relationship with him later on if you intend to get that far.
