4. Use Positive Affirmations – Write down short statements that instill positivity in you. These are highly effective ways to boost your self-confidence whenever you are down, so make a list of a few positive affirmations and stick them to your mirror, so that each morning while dressing up you can become more positive about life and eagerly look forward to the day ahead. 5. Look Happy – If you try to have a positive disposition all day long, your mind will automatically become tuned to stay positive all the time. You may not even realize it but all this takes place in your subconscious. You will start attracting more positivity into your life and you’ll always be ready to face the challenges & obstacles in your way.
